The Oyster Grill, the hotel’s main restaurant may be hired for private use, it is the perfect venue for a family celebration, a corporate lunch or a private dinner following a meeting. Elegant decor, large Victorian windows overlooking Eyre Square, and an exceptional team of professionals on hand to serve you, make it an exceptional venue.
For smaller parties, there is area of the restaurant that can be sectioned off to cater for parties of 10 – 30.
Corporate Entertainment
A wide staircase leads from the foyer to the Connemara Suite, the main ballroom. It is the style of ballroom one would expect in a hotel of this era, rich gold walls, mirrors and crystal chandeliers set the scene. For banquets, large round tables, candlelight, shining sliver and crisp Irish linen complete the picture.
Menus are individually tailored to suit your event and prepared with the finest ingredients. Our list of wines is extensive and our Event Manager will help co-ordinate every detail of the event to ensure an exquisite occasion.
